A video of artist Mohamad Fadel Shaker, son of Lebanese singer Fadel Shaker, has resurfaced in which he addresses a direct message to singer Ragheb Alama regarding the dispute that lasted for years between the two sides.
Mohamad said that Ragheb Alama reached out, through people close to him, seeking to end the dispute with his father, stressing that Fadel Shaker did not object to opening a new page.
He noted that his family had been subjected, according to him, to criticism and media statements over 13 years, yet despite this his father agreed to move past the dispute.
Mohamad added in his message that his father chose forgiveness and to turn the page, expressing hope that the tension between the two sides would end.
He explained that Fadel Shaker is focusing on his art, his family and his legal cases, expressing hope that the difficult period he has gone through will come to an end.
Mohamad's remarks were published in September 2025, before the video was recirculated on social media platforms.
