The discovery of personal and financial protection documents among the garbage dumped along the road in the north-eastern part of Calgary district of Alberta has raised questions about the illegal disposal of garbage and the protection of personal information. According to photos and information transmitted through social media, a resident, while participating in the waste disposal of the north-eastern homestead area, found a landing card of an Air India-affiliated aircraft, along with bank checks, papers and documents containing personal names and data. Pictures of documents transmitted through social media showed that the garbage dumped documents, including documents carrying information that could be sensitive, raised concerns about the possibility of individuals who are not entitled to the processing of their owners’ data. #ANANAN banks did not officially protect
